A NJ Fall Engagement Session | Sayen House & Gardens

Wondering what a Fall shoot in New Jersey on a rainy/ foggy day looks like ? You wouldn’t know it by looking at these images but the day of Hannah & Ben’s engagement shoot it was cloudy and drizzling on and off all day. This didn’t discourage Hannah & Ben from going through with their session. After all a little rain never hurt nobody.

We started the session at Sayen House and Gardens in Hamilton Township, NJ. This location is a perfect place for a NJ Fall Engagement Shoot. We had the garden all to ourselves which is a perk of shooting on a weekday. My weekends are limited so I encourage couples if they can to plan for a weekday session. We can book your session months in advance when you choose to have it oln a weekday.

Hannah & Ben were amazing during their session. Hannah picked the perfect color dress to match the landscape. Absolutely love the pop of color, perfect for a NJ Fall Engagement shoot. This sweet couple were so much fun to work with and I am so excited to capture their Fall 2023 Wedding.

Introducing Bear ! After we finished at Sayen House & Gardens we headed to a secondary location to include Hannah & Ben’s furbaby Bear. He was very excited to make friends and be part of the session.

Oh poor Bear, was wondering why he was sent back inside. The rain really started coming down towards the end of our session. Therefore Bear’s camera time was cut short. But how cute is this photo of him making us feel guilty.
