Colonial Park Somerset, NJ | Fall Maternity Session
Annie and Joseph celebrated their one year Wedding Anniversary by having a Fall Maternity Session at Colonial Park. This Maternity session was oh so special because a year ago I had captured Annie and Joseph’s Wedding. It makes my soul so happy to get to experience these huge milestones with my clients. Reasons like watching clients start a family is why it’s hard for me to only offer one type of photography.
We had to initially reschedule due to rain. But this mama to be didn’t skip a beat and made sure to get her beauty appointments scheduled to our rain date. She looked absolutely GLOWING just like she did the day of her wedding. I got to spend a day at the park with them catching up. Discussing Harry Potter, which I am not well versed in but you better believe their little bundle of joy will be getting a Harry Potter onesie in the mail from me.
We braved through the cold weather and got some amazing shoots. The fact that their wedding photos had beautiful fall colors and so do their maternity photos made it extra special. Annie picked the perfect Burgundy colored dressed that matched the scenery perfectly even though she had never been to Colonial Park. It was a perfect day to celebrate their one year of marriage, celebrate their new little blessing that is on the way and take in some nature.
